  • Domestic Ground: Orders received by 4:00pm Central Time usually ship same business day
  • Domestic Air: Orders received by 4:30pm Central Time usually ship same business day
• Federal Express (FedEx)
  • Domestic Air: Orders received by 3:00pm Central Time usually ship same business day
  • International Air: Orders received by 2:00pm Central Time usually ship same business day
• U S Postal Service (Priority for domestic, Express for International)
  • Priority: All orders will generally ship within 1 - 2 business days
  • Express: All orders will generally ship same or next business day
  • Military Mail: All orders will generally ship within 1 - 2 business days
• Local Courier (San Antonio)

• Rush Shipments
  • Orders received after the cut-off times listed above are NOT guaranteed to ship that day.
  • Customers insisting any order be shipped when received after the cut-off time, and
    • if the shipment can still be made ready in time a for pick up at our facility by the selected carrier, the order may be subject to a $10 Rush Fee.
    • if the shipment CANNOT be made ready in time for a pick-up at our facility and needs to be dropped off or brought to the carrier or his designated facility, the order will be subject to a $25 Rush Fee.
  • Although we make every attempt to ship all orders the same day, the afternoon is our busiest time. Emphasis is placed on the orders placed by our customers within the specified time frames above. Since most errors also occur then trying to process a rush order, we have adjusted our policy to accommodate those shipments with a higher degree of accuracy. If you are not willing to accept the rush fee, please do not expect us to guarantee the order be shipped same day.
