ALX Imaging, LLC will gladly ship to our International customers.
There are some changes from our standard terms &
conditions. The major differences are in the types of
payments accepted, shipping options and all products are
sold at the non-exchange price.
International
customers are defined as ANY customer outside of the 50 US
States. This would include Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, etc
in some cases.
Payment
Options
Due to
increased fraud over the internet, we can only accept
payments via the following methods:
Shipping
Options
- FedEx International Air Express:
- The customer is responsible for all duties, taxes
and import fees.
- US Postal Service (USPS):
- This option can be
more economical, however, the customer has to agree to
accept full responsibility in the event the shipment
is lost or damaged.
- ALX Imaging, LLC will assume the
responsibility of providing the tracking number as
proof of shipment only.
- The customer is responsible for all duties, taxes
and import fees.
Product
Purchasing Options
- Non-exchange - All products will be priced at
the non-exchange rate. It is more economical to pay
the non-exchange rate than the return freight from
overseas.
- Exchange Refunds - Should an International
customer return a core within the 20 day time frame, ALX Imaging, LLC
will credit or refund the difference in
price.
- Return Freight - All freight charges are at
the customers' expense.
Product
Warranty Returns
International customers assume all transportation costs when returning
any products, including those under warranty.
- For Replacement - Upon receipt of the
defective unit, ALX Imaging, LLC will evaluate the product
and if found to be defective and covered under our
warranty, replace the item at no charge. Customer will
be responsible for return freight (both directions).
- For Merchandise Credit - Upon receipt of the
defective unit, ALX Imaging, LLC will evaluate the product
and if found to be defective and covered under our
warranty, refund the customer the original purchase
price (less freight) under our store merchandise credit policy.
- For Refund - Upon receipt of the defective
unit, ALX Imaging, LLC will evaluate the product and if found
to be defective and covered under our warranty, refund
the customer the original purchase price (less
freight) under our standard refund policy.
