• Standard shipping via UPS Ground to the 48 contiguous USA states
• Orders shipped to Alaska & Hawaii are shipped via UPS or the Postal Service (USPS)
• Orders shipped to APO & FPO addresses are shipped Priority Mail through the US Postal Service (USPS)
• Most orders delivered within 2 - 4 business days, cut-off time for ground shipping is 4:00pm Central Time
• Overnight & 2nd day air shipments also available at an additional fee
• We will process any orders below our requested Minimum Order value of $50.00 net, but we do reserve the right to impose a Small Order Fee
  of $5.00 for orders less than $50.00 net if any of the following apply:
  • Customers are not in good standing or Past Due on Payments
  • Customers not maintaining their Average Monthly Volume (if applicable)
  • Customers with more than 35% of their monthly orders below $50.00 net
• Drop shipments, including Blind Shipments are always free of any additional fee's (please specify one of the following);
  • Drop Shipments include your Company information on the Packing List, but no pricing
  • Blind Shipments do not include any Company information on the Packing List and no pricing
  • If neither type of shipment is specified, the shipment will be Blind Shipped

Shipping Time Schedule (Cut-off Times)

  • Domestic Ground: Orders received by 4:00pm Central Time usually ship same business day
  • Domestic Air: Orders received by 4:30pm Central Time usually ship same business day
• Federal Express (FedEx)
  • Domestic Air: Orders received by 3:00pm Central Time usually ship same business day
  • International Air: Orders received by 2:00pm Central Time usually ship same business day
• U S Postal Service (Priority for domestic, Express for International)
  • Priority: All orders will generally ship within 1 - 2 business days
  • Express: All orders will generally ship same or next business day
  • Military Mail: All orders will generally ship within 1 - 2 business days

• Rush Shipments
  • Orders received after the cut-off times listed above are NOT guaranteed to ship that day.
  • Customers insisting any order be shipped when received after the cut-off time, and
    • if the shipment can still be made ready in time for our regular pick up at our facility by the selected carrier, the order may be subject to a $10 Rush Fee.
    • if the shipment CANNOT be made ready in time for our regular pick-up at our facility and needs to be dropped off or brought to the carrier or his designated facility, the order will be subject to a $25 Rush Fee.
  • Although we make every attempt to ship all orders the same day, the afternoon is our busiest time. Emphasis is placed on the orders placed by our customers within the specified time frames above. Since most errors also occur then trying to process a rush order, we have adjusted our policy to accommodate those shipments with a higher degree of accuracy. If you are not willing to accept the rush fee, please do not expect us to guarantee the order be shipped same day.

Returning Used Cartridges & Fusers (cores)

When you select the exchange price, you agree and become responsible to return your used cartridges (cores) within 20 calendar days, starting on the day of shipment. If you do not think your current cartridge will be empty by then, please select the non-exchange option (this option does not require the return of a used cartridge). . Please note that we do not accept cores that have been drilled, self refilled or tampered with.

• If you anticipate a problem or will be unable to return your used cartridges on time, or at all, please contact us prior to the 20 days to make alternate arrangements
• Used cartridges not returned within 20 calendar days will automatically be billed the difference between the exchange and non-exchange rates, plus a non-refundable $10.00 Late Fee for each used cartridge either returned late or not returned at all
• Used fuser assemblies not returned within 20 calendar days will automatically be billed the difference between the exchange and non-exchange rates, plus a non-refundable $20.00 Late Fee for each used fuser unit either returned late or not returned at all
• For your convenience, we will include a pre-paid "Core Return" label with your order to return your used cartridges (within the 48 contiguous states)

Product Return Policy (Warranty or other reasons)

• Do not use any "Pre-Paid Return Label" without prior authorization
• A "Pre-Paid Return Label" is not a return authorization & does not have an R/A number
• Any item received with a "Pre-Paid Return Label" is handled as a core return only!
• Products will not be accepted if returned without prior authorization and valid RMA#
