For
Defects in Materials and Workmanship - Remanufactured Products
- If
you are not satisfied with a remanufactured
product due to defects in materials and
workmanship, simply request a
Return Authorization Form (sent with instructions) within 30 days of purchase date for a full
refund of the original purchase price,
initial domestic ground freight charge (excludes air
freight) and includes a return label via
domestic ground shipping (excludes Alaska
& Hawaii).
Please be prepared to provide us with the
lot number on the cartridge, purchase date
and reason for the return.
- The
customer
understands that if the product being
returned is not faulty as a result of a
manufacturing defect, the product is not
ours or has been tampered with in any
way, is the wrong item due to customer
error or is empty due to usage, the customer
would not receive a refund or credit,
and will be expected to
re-pay all shipping expenses incurred by
ALX Imaging, LLC on the return.
- Non-Substantiated
returns under our 30 Day Guarantee
Program of merchandise proving not to be faulty as a result of a
manufacturing defect, the product is not
ours or has been tampered with in any
way, is the wrong item due to customer
error or is empty due to usage, may cause
us to void said policy with the
customer. Please be fair whenever
requesting this type of a return, as it may impact
our business relationship.
- Your
purchase remains covered against defects in
materials and workmanship with our Limited
Lifetime Product Warranty
under the following guidelines and excludes products being
returned that are not faulty as a result of a
manufacturing defect, the product is not
ours or has been tampered with in any
way, is the wrong item due to customer error or is empty due to usage. Please be
prepared to provide us with the lot number
on the cartridge, purchase date and reason
for the return:
- After
the
initial 30 days, but less that 90 days,
request a Return Authorization Form
(sent with instructions) and you can return it for a refund or
replacement. Once we have received the
defective cartridge, we will issue a
credit, less shipping charges for a
refund or apply the credit to a future
order. We do not credit or
refund any freight charges in either
direction after the initial 30 days.
- After
90 days and up to one year, request a
Return Authorization Form (sent with instructions) and you can return
it for a merchandise credit (not a
refund) or
replacement. Once we have received the
defective cartridge, we will issue a
merchandise credit (not a refund), less freight
charges, and can be applied to any
future purchase. Again, we do not credit
or refund any freight charges in either
direction after the initial 30 days.
- After one year, request a
Return Authorization Form (sent with instructions) and you can return
it for repair or replacement, our
choice. Once we have received the
defective cartridge, we will inspect it
to determine what the issue is and cause
of the problem. Please be aware that all
products have a shelf life which varies
due to storage conditions, which is not
a warranty issue. Once again, we do not
absorb any freight charges in either
direction after the initial 30 days.
- Under
all instances above, requests for a replacement item
can be shipped prior to our receiving the defective
merchandise, however, the replacement item is charged
and paid for at the time of shipping. A credit
or refund would be issued once we receive the
defective merchandise.

For
Non-Defective, Unopened
and Factory Sealed - Remanufactured Products
- If
you you need to return a non-defective product that is
still factory sealed (not re-sealed),
request a Return Authorization Form (sent with instructions) and
you can return it up to 90 days from the original date
of purchase without re-stock fee's. You will receive a merchandise
credit (not a refund), less any freight charges we incurred on
the original shipment. Sorry, we do not
provide a return label or
absorb freight charges in either direction. Products must be
returned in re-sellable condition to avoid
any restocking fee's. Please be prepared to
provide us with the lot number on the
cartridge (if opened), purchase date and
reason for the return.
- Your
purchase remains covered by our Limited
Lifetime Product Warranty under the following guidelines:

the

request a Return Authorization Form
(sent with instructions)
within 1 year of purchase date. Each item
will incur a small re-stock fee, usually
about 10%-20%, to cover the cost of
inspection, re-testing and re-packaging
of the product. Once we have received the
product and it goes through inspection
and quality control measures and
re-testing, we will issue a merchandise
credit (not a refund), less any freight charges we incurred on
the original shipment and re-stock fee's. Sorry, we do not
absorb freight charges in either direction. Products must be
returned in re-sellable condition to avoid
any additional restocking fee's. Please be
prepared to provide us with the lot
number on the cartridge (if opened),
purchase date and reason for the return.
- After
1 year, request a Return Authorization
Form (sent with instructions) at any time. Each
item will incur a re-stock fee, starting
at about 30% (and depend on the age of
the product and if re-sellable) to cover the cost of
a more
in depth inspection and quality control
measures, re-testing, and re-packaging
of the product. Once we have received the
product and it goes through our quality
control procedures, we will issue a merchandise
credit (not a refund), less any freight charges
we incurred on
the original shipment and re-stock fee's. Please be aware that all
products have a shelf life which varies

Order
Cancellations & Special Made to Order Items -
Before or After Merchandise has been
shipped
- ORDER
CANCELLATIONS FOR STOCK ITEMS
- BEFORE
an order has been picked up by the
carrier and we were able to pull it from
the shipping floor, there are no
charges.
- AFTER
an order has been picked up by the
carrier and we were unable to pull it
from the shipping floor, there would be
2 options:
- We
can attempt to redirect the shipment
back to us or to another address:
- If
redirected back to us: Customer
would be responsible to pay all
freight charges, including the
initial freight charge for the
shipment, return shipping (if
applicable) and the additional
charges by the carrier to
redirect the shipment.
- If
a redirected to another address:
Customer would be responsible to
pay all freight charges,
including the initial freight
charge for the shipment, any
up-charges to the new address
(if applicable) and the
additional charges by the
carrier to redirect the
shipment.
- If
we are unable to redirect the
shipment, the shipment can be
refused (with our authorization thru
an RMA), or if accepted, returned
immediately, also with our
authorization thru an RMA:
- If
refused: Customer would be
responsible to pay all freight
charges, including the initial
freight charge for the shipment
and the return shipping. We will
generate an RMA authorizing and
expecting the refused shipment
and to avoid any additional
charges.
- If
accepted: Customer would be
responsible to pay all freight
charges, including the initial
freight charge for the shipment
and the return shipping. An RMA,
authorizing and expecting
the return shipment, would be
required to avoid any additional
charges.
- ORDER
CANCELLATIONS FOR MADE TO ORDER ITEMS
- Items
made to order, such as with MICR toner
cartridges, are made at time of order and
are non-stock items. The same "Order
Cancellation Policy" for stock items
applies, except that there would be an order
cancellation fee of $10 or 10%, whichever is
higher, whether it is shipped or not.

Damage
Claims - Sustained in Transit
- Obvious
Damage to Box: Any damages to the box could mean the item inside
may or may not have sustained damage. DO NOT
open the package and please contact us
immediately upon receipt for instructions.
Damage claims must be reported to us within
3 business days of receipt.
- Hidden
damages: Since the package may not be needed
for immediate use, damages discovered at a
later date, after the 3 business days, are
handled based on our Return Policy for
Defects in Material and Workmanship above.

Clearance

item online. You can contact us and we will
re-quote the usual price for the product and
then we will be able to extent the above
mentioned warranty program.

Other
Considerations before Returning any Product -
Applies to all of the Above
- Please
be sure that the products being returned are
not empty/used, tampered with in any way or
a competitors product. We ask for lot
numbers to help eliminate the possibility of
the product not being ours and help to
establish this prior to the return and save
you any additional expense.
- In
the event we receive items that are
empty/used, tampered with in any way or
a competitors product, there would not
be any credit due. In addition, we
reserve the right to charge a $50.00
processing fee for such items and would
be applied on a per instance/item basis.
- Please
note that an RMA is valid and you are
authorized to return merchandise within 20
days from date of issue.
- Please
do no return items after the RMA has
expired. If more time is needed, please
contact us immediately as to the nature
of the delay and will be handled on a
case by case basis.
- In
the event that no request is made and
the RMA has expired, we will assume that
the original issue does not exist and
close out the RMA.
- In
the event we receive items after the RMA
has expired and no attempt has been made
to extend the expiration date, the
unauthorized returns may be treated as
cores and no credit given.
