Registered Dealers - Enter your Access Code in UPPER CASE:


This section of our web site was created so that our Dealers and Resellers understand how we do business, our discount structures, product warranties and how we handle shipping of both orders & returns under our Dealer Program. We want your experience with us to be a positive one. It is our intention to provide you with quality products, in a timely manner, so that you can confidently provide them for your customers. We encourage you to contact us if there are any questions we can answer about our products, services or Dealer Policies. We would be most happy to assist you. 

It is important that you review all of our Dealer Policies listed in the Dealer Information section in the left hand menu (highlighted in yellow). Please be aware that here are 2 different Information menu's throughout our web site. The one highlighted in yellow is for Dealer Sales and differs from the Retail Sales Information Menu. You can always get back to the Dealer Policy Menu by selecting "Site Map & Help" from anywhere on the web site and then selecting "Dealer" under the New Customer Guide.

  • For Retail customers, the menu is labeled ("Information")
  • For Dealers and Resellers, the menu is labeled ("Dealer Info").

The Dealer Information menu will govern all Dealer related sales and includes, but is not limited to pricing, warranties, freights and payments. If you have any questions, or see any inconsistencies, we encourage you to contact us so that we can address those issues.


In order to be set-up as a reseller, we do require all of the following:

  1. Show that you are engaged in the selling of toner cartridges and/or related items (if you have a website is perfect)
  2. Complete a Texas Resale Certificate (even if you are outside the Texas) & Return with copy of your State Certificate
  3. Complete a Blanket Credit Card Authorization Agreement or Single Purchase Credit Card Authorization Agreement
  4. Acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to conduct business under our terms & conditions, as well as the policies contained within the Dealer Section of our web site.
