Customer Rebate Program
- If you are an active/current customer, you will notice
that it is no longer required to return a used cartridge
as an "exchange" on most of our products however, we would like to
buy back your empties under our Customer Rebate
Program.
- We will
accept "OEM" (Original Equipment Manufacturer)
cartridges that have only been used once, as well as
those that have been previously remanufactured/refilled cartridges.
We DO NOT accept compatible cartridges (any cartridge
that was originally/newly manufactured by a third
party).
- Customers have a choice of:
- Instant refund for credit card customers only
- A refund is applied directly to your credit
card (usually the one originally used).
- Merchandise Credit for all customers -
Merchandise Credit may be used toward any future
purchase or accumulated for a higher amount.
- We do not generate a rebate refund check
unless the rebate value is in excess of $500.00
net.
- Standard Rebate Program
- If you are not an active/current customer and not interested in purchasing remanufactured toner cartridges,
we would want to buy your empties under our Standard Rebate Program.
- We will accept "OEM" ( Original Equipment Manufacturer) cartridges that have only been used once. Cartridges that have been previously remanufactured/refilled may not
be acceptable for rebate. We DO NOT accept compatible cartridges (any cartridge that was originally/newly manufactured by a third
party).
- How do we pay?
- Merchandise Credit -
Merchandise Credit may be used toward any future
purchase or accumulated for a higher amount.
- Check Payments - You will receive payment in 2 weeks after we receive and inspect your shipment.
We will accumulate shipments until we reach a
minimum $500 check value.

Each cartridge should be in its' original container and/or properly re-packaged into a larger container.
When you pack empty cartridges, please make sure the cartridges are not loose in
the box, otherwise, they will probably sustain damage during transportation. You may
use bubble wrap to avoid the loose packing. Please DO NOT
use loose popcorn fill, it does not protect the cartridges
very well. Cartridges damaged in transit may not be acceptable for rebate or
may hold a lesser value and will not be returned. We recommend shipping more than 5 cartridges
at a time to conserve on freight. Customer will assume all transportation charges to our
facility unless other arrangements have been made. Please
record the tracking number in the event the package is lost.
Packages lost in transit are NOT our responsibility.
We accept only those cartridges in "Good Recyclable Condition"

Download the correct Rebate Form and
check Rebate Price List:

Find your empty cartridges listed and
fill in the quantity, cartridge type and current price
listed.

After properly completing the correct
rebate form, enclose a copy with your empty cartridges
(to insure proper credit) and send them to:

Our Cartridge Buy-Back list is not
totally inclusive and growing quickly. We remanufacture and accept
most cartridges. If you believe you should receive
credit for your cartridge and you do not see it on the list, please contact us
