Deposit for Used Toners/Fusers (cores)

LibertyToner.com / Returning Used Cores


When you purchase an item that requires a deposit, we will promptly refund that deposit provided that:

  1. A used core, of the exact same type as purchased, is returned within 20 calendar days commencing from our ship date.
  2. The core is returned, properly packaged so as to prevent damage in transit. Damages due to negligence in packing, will result in a forfeiture of the deposit.
  3. If you anticipate a problem or will be unable to return a core on time, please contact us prior to the 20 calendar days to discuss any possible alternate arrangements.
  4. Any cores not returned within 20 calendar days will still be accepted, see schedule below:
    • Within 30 days: The original deposit amount, less the higher of 25% or $10.00 ($20.00 for fuser units)
    • Within 45 days: The original deposit amount, less the higher of 50% or $20.00 ($40.00 for fuser units)
    • Within 60 days: The original deposit amount, less the higher of 75% or $30.00 ($60.00 for fuser units)
    • After 60 days: Deposit forfeiture, see our rebate program
  5. Used cores must be returned at the customers expense. Use of any of our pre-paid labels will constitute a breach in our agreement and result in forfeiture of the deposit.
  6. Please return a copy of your Packing List (included with your shipment) with the used cores being returned to properly identify the shipment and Core Deposit value. The use of the form will result in a prompt refund and avoid unnecessary delays due to misplaced items or improperly identified items.
